Cornerstone wants to help you to make your hosting a fun experience for you and your family!

          While the host families are responsible for the day to day lives of the students, duties like applying for visas, getting health insurance, and monitoring school performance will be done by Cornerstone. The Cornerstone staff works closely with each host family to make sure things are running smoothly and the student is a good fit in the home. A Cornerstone staff member will be on call at all times for the host families to contact in the case that any problems arise. 
          We at Cornerstone want hosting Chinese students to be a fun learning experience for families. We will host orientations and Chinese holiday parties so that all the students and host families have a chance to get together. We understand that hosting a student is a big responsibility and we want to make the transition for both you and the student as easy as possible.
